Soul Inquiry Journal Prompts

So after our masterclass on selfcare yesterday evening I thought I would share some journaling prompts with you all.

These can be used daily for guidance or they may be helpful if you are practicing soul visioning or self inquiry.

Start by finding a quiet place to sit with your journal or notebook. Take a few deep breaths and drop your awareness into your heart centre (it gets easier with practice) and just start to write... without any judgement or expectation!

Try to allow yourself to write down whatever flows, even if you feel like you're making up the answers - because you're not & the more you trust that they are coming from your heart & soul, the more you'll be able to hear...

Your prompts...

🪶 Today, in this moment I feel...

🪶 The life I am now intentionally creating feels...

🪶 My soul feels...

🪶 My soul's/heart's inner most yearning is...

🪶 I feel most alive when...

🪶 To me, freedom is when I...

🪶 My perfect day would be...

🪶 The next most aligned step toward my soul purpose is...

🪶 I am so ready to release...

🪶 The one thing my heart & soul want me to remember today is...

Do you use prompts?? Do you find these ones helpful?

Would you like to know more about techniques to uncover your soul purpose??

Enjoy!

With love

Amy ❤️
